The space is very close to break even now (or is already breaking even now on operations depending on accounting). It will be well in the black when we transistion it to a co-op in January 2019.

Only if you have not been at Coworking Bansko, you could believe that Uwe and Matthias want to exit Bansko. The opposite is true. They want to grow the coworking space to the next level together with the amazing community that has been formed here. And of course they will be part of the co-op as well as other projects in Bansko.

A co-op is not a primarily a financial investment but rather a way to work on a shared vision. There will be financial benefits for being part of the co-op, but the expectation to double you money in 5 years is not realistic. Especially not if you are looking at this as a financial investment without being part of the community in Bansko.
